For the third year in a row, Chambers & Partners has recognized Grable Martin PLLC for its Texas Regional Spotlight award in the area of Corporate/Commercial.
We are proud to share that Grable Martin PLLC was recently appointed to serve as special counsel to the Trustee for DZS Inc. (and various US affiliates) in order to facilitate the sale of assets of the bankruptcy estate and to advise the Trustee regarding various other corporate, intellectual property and securities compliance matters.
Grable Martin recently hosted a reception in Dallas for its lawyers, clients and friends of the firm. The event was well attended by the firm’s Dallas/Ft. Worth attorneys, and we also had a number of others travel to be there.
