The Rest of the Story
Eric, a native of Seattle, Washington, met his wife of 33 years in Washington, D.C. while working for the Dept. of Defense. Eric and Sally moved to Sally’s hometown of Fort Worth in 1999 and since that time Eric has been a shareholder at the Dallas office of Quilling Selander until he moved to Grable Martin in 2024.
From 2017 to 2022, Eric prosecuted a national class action that ultimately resulted in the largest recovery ever under the non-featured performer provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright and Digital Performance Right in Sound Recordings Acts.
