Professional Experience
Eric focuses his practice on contract and intellectual property transactions and disputes. He represents clients across a diverse range of industries, including finance and secured lending, distressed assets, real and personal property acquisitions and leasing, business start-ups, food and beverage, hospitality, and entertainment.
From 2017 to 2022, Eric prosecuted a national class action that resulted in the largest recovery ever obtained under the non-featured performer provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the Digital Performance Right in Sound Recordings Act. In addition to his legal practice, he serves as both counsel and a board member for several nonprofit organizations.

Personal Story
Eric is a native of Seattle, Washington, and met his wife of 33 years while living in Washington, D.C. In 1999, the two of them moved to her hometown of Fort Worth, Texas where they currently reside.
