Brief Bio
As an attorney and business owner of 20+ years, Judson Sutherland brings a wide range of experience to the table to help clients protect their businesses and reach their goals. Judson advises small and mid-size companies, as well as entrepreneurs, on mergers and acquisitions, offerings of debt and equity financings, private equity and hedge fund formation and portfolio investments, technology transfers, strategic alliances and general corporate law. 
Judson also represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, owners and developers in residential, condominium and commercial real estate construction projects, and landlords and tenants in leasing transactions. He is experienced at structuring partnership and other investment entities.
Judson serves clients in a broad range of industries, including, but not limited to, consumer products, entertainment, hospitality and restaurant, financial institutions, nonprofits, real estate, retail, and technology. Judson also owns several family-focused hospitality businesses.
The Rest of the Story
Judson believes the greatest moment in his life was being saved by faith in Jesus Christ. Since then, he has experienced true joy in loving his wife (the most patient and grace filled woman on earth), his two daughters, and all his teammates in life. Judson wants to serve by nourishing, providing, and sacrificing for others.
Judson sits on several corporate boards and is dedicated to community service. When not at work, he enjoys exploring God’s creation with his family. Judson loves camping and hiking, especially out in Big Bend.
