Brief bio

As a litigator, Jack has obtained positive results for landlords, tenants, contractors, homeowners, consumers and business owners. Jack primarily focuses on business litigation, but has significant experience resolving consumer disputes involving violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, landlord/tenant disputes (commercial and residential) and real property disputes.  Jack considers client goals and resources in individually-tailoring dispute resolution strategies (including trial when appropriate). Jack believes that preparation and communication are the keys to success at all stages of the litigation process.

Jack also serves as outside general counsel to business clients.  He uses his experiences in dispute resolution to help clients avoid problems before they arise, and to strategically build toward clients’ goals.
