Professional Experience
Jason Patrick Gorman is a seasoned attorney with a diverse background in real estate and commercial development. He began his career in the Washington, D.C. area before returning to Ohio, where he launched both a construction and development company and a full-service real estate brokerage. He later relocated to Austin, Texas where he became a partner in a boutique real estate law firm. While continuing to focus on his practice, in 2018, Jason founded Ten31 Texas, LLC, which is a 1031 qualified intermediary.
Personal Story
Outside of work, Jason has been happily married for more than 20 years and is the proud father of two daughters. He and his family love to travel and have explored more than half of the U.S. National Parks, often seeking out challenging outdoor adventures along the way. Some of their favorite experiences include hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and tackling the West Coast Trail along the Canadian coastline. Their biggest adventure (so far) came in 2024, when Jason and his wife completed the Texas Water Safari—a grueling 260-mile canoe race often called the “World’s Toughest Canoe Race.”
