Brief Biography
Bradley’s practice focuses upon emerging and decentralized technologies, privacy, identity, cybersecurity, and trust compliance, audits, and frameworks. Bradley is an ISO delegate and a drafting committee member of Canada’s CIO Strategy Council, helps clients understand and integrate standards into their businesses, and how to use standards to help achieve legal, compliance, and business development goals.
To support the business lifecycles and needs of his clients, Bradley is also exceptionally experienced with drafting and negotiating complex contracts for technology (hardware, software, and licensing) and cross-border businesses, as well as creating governance structures to support compliance programs.
In addition to being available for regular engagements and fractional general counsel engagements, Bradley is also available for press engagements and counseling clients through business events requiring a PR strategy.
The Rest of the Story
Bradley currently practices primarily out of Austin, TX, but also works from Canada and travels North America in his family’s RV as needed to meet the needs of clients.
Bradley’s family enjoys quiet campgrounds, chasing tennis balls and soccer balls in the park, Texas smoked brisket & tacos, and gardening.
