The Rest of the Story
Brad grew up in San Antonio, Texas, where he spent his youth playing all the sports: tennis, basketball, football, baseball, soccer, and track. After graduating from Churchill High School in 1992, he made his way up Interstate 35 to attend the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English, with a minor in Spanish. Immediately following UT, he reversed course back to San Antonio to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law.
After law school graduation in 2000, while studying for the bar exam, Brad received a call from a good high school friend who was moving to Aspen, Colorado, and asked if he would like to join. Without missing a beat, Brad accepted the invitation. Three days after completing the Texas bar exam, he packed his Ford Explorer and drove north to make his home in Aspen for an incredible year that turned Brad into an avid outdoorsman and lover of all things mountain related.
Fast forward, and Brad is married to his beautiful bride, Chrissy. Together they have two amazing children, Dylan and Sadie Belle, and have made their home in Austin, Texas. Brad and his family love spending time in the mountains – skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, and generally enjoying the great weather and active lifestyle.
