Grable Martin has continued to grow its presence in the Houston area and, to celebrate, we recently hosted a reception there for lawyers, clients and friends of the firm.
We are thrilled to welcome Katy Lumpkin to our firm! Katy is a real estate attorney located in Austin. She has extensive experience in commercial real estate representing private and governmental clients in the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of real property in both a law firm and in-house counsel roles.
We’re very excited to welcome Josh Wilson to the firm! Josh formally joined Grable Martin PLLC as of December 1, 2025. Josh was born in Houston, Texas and is a 7th generation Texan and is currently based in the Austin area.
Matthew is a trial attorney and strategic advisor with a focus on high-stakes, bet-the-company business disputes. He has represented large corporations, as well as high-net-worth individuals, small to medium enterprises, secured and unsecured creditors, directors and officers, and shareholders and investors.

We are proud to share that Grable Martin PLLC was recently appointed to serve as special counsel to the Trustee for DZS Inc. (and various US affiliates) in order to facilitate the sale of assets of the bankruptcy estate and to advise the Trustee regarding various other corporate, intellectual property and securities compliance matters.
