Matthew is a trial attorney and strategic advisor with a focus on high-stakes, bet-the-company business disputes. He has represented large corporations, as well as high-net-worth individuals, small to medium enterprises, secured and unsecured creditors, directors and officers, and shareholders and investors. He works across sectors, but has particular experience in financial services, energy, construction, hospitality, technology, real estate, and private equity.

(and various US affiliates) in order to facilitate the sale of assets of the bankruptcy estate and to advise the Trustee regarding various other corporate, intellectual property and securities compliance matters.
