Brief Bio
Meet Marshall Jacobini an Entrepreneur’s Attorney – Combining skill, integrity, and a servant’s heart.
Since 2011, he’s been an advocate and trusted advisor for entrepreneurs and business owners. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, and starting his own practice out of law school, Marshall understands the real-world challenges businesses face. He is committed to providing practical, cost-effective legal solutions that protect and support growth, as well as reward entrepreneurs when they exit.
With over a decade of experience in business law, Marshall has worked with small to medium-sized businesses (and their owners) across Texas in a wide range of industries as fractional general counsel. He has assisted them with business formations, acquisitions, joint ventures, contracts and service agreements of all sorts, business disputes and litigation (internal and external), collections and real estate transactions. He has also represented entrepreneurs in connection with more personal matters, such as business succession, estate planning and trusts, as well as probate & estate administration.
Marshall is a compassionate, accessible and cost-conscious attorney who believes that almost every specific situation (business or personal) lends itself to a tailored solution, and he seeks the opportunity to pursue the best solution for every legal situation his clients may encounter. He values integrity, service and long-term relationships within his community. Whether helping a startup take its first steps or assisting a well-established company through complex transitions, his approach remains the same: focused, strategic and client-centric.
When you work with Marshall, you’re not just getting legal counsel. You are gaining a trusted advocate and loyal friend dedicated to you and your business’s success.
The Rest of the Story
Marshall is a Texan and Fort Worth native. While he may be mostly Italian, his Fort Worth heritage keeps his boots polished. Son to a successful attorney and title office owner, and grandson to a real estate developer and builder, he grew up with an entrepreneurial spirit. After graduating from the Oakridge School, he attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with dual B.A.s in Psychology and Government, and a minor in Business. After UT, he returned home to Fort Worth to attend what became Texas A&M University School of Law in 2010.
After graduation and passing the bar, he began his own practice right out of law school, eventually partnering with Cotten Schmidt LLP in Fort Worth in 2019 as an associate and as a Partner since 2021, before joining the ranks of Grable Martin PLLC.
Marshall is a lucky husband to his amazing wife of 13 years, April, and dedicated father to his beautiful 10-year-old daughter, Gia. He is active in the Fort Worth community, and has been a singing-member and servant at Highridge Church in Benbrook, Texas since 2018.
When not spending time with his family, helping his clients or helping his friends, Marshall enjoys fast cars, shooting clay, the outdoors and karaoke.
